While many of the people who come to Blue Ox Medicine are seen for fertility acupuncture, addressing complex matters…a lot of people aren’t here for that at all. We excel in helping people with reproductive health (PCOS, endometriosis, testicular pain, ovarian cysts, post abortive care), migraines, chronic pain, reflux, insomnia and boring old stress management just to name a few. We may be a little baby-obsessed but you don't have to be in the process to get our attention. Not in any way.

Initial Intake Visit $165.00 1.5 hours

During your New Patient appointment we will lead you through a comprehensive health and social history to evaluate your condition through the lens of Traditional East Asian Medicine. We will go over any questions or concerns you have about acupuncture and your treatment. In addition to gentle yet effective acupuncture, you will likely also experience what we like to call "head to toe moxa" which firmly engages with the parasympathetic system allowing for a great deal of ease and security. The needles and moxa do their work as your body literally heals itself. I come into the room to remove needles, check your pulse, and we schedule your next appointments. You should leave feeling a little floaty, with tea in hand.

Standard Follow up $95.00 1 hour

Follow up visits typically involve more concise updates and conversations, but they don't always. Sometimes we want to focus on a little more education, your herbal formula, or a little more time on the table with cupping/gua sha/moxa/massage. Expect to feel wonderful, pampered even, as we work on your health concerns...tea in hand as you leave of course.

Extended Follow up $125.00 1.25 hours

Similar to the standard follow up with a little more time for questions, time on the table, cupping, massage. You get the idea.
