No Show /Cancellation Policy

UPDATED POLICY 3/1/24

Things happen! Childcare evaporates, car batteries go wonky, you are having a very busy time and acupuncture time has to go. No problem, really!

However, even with an active waitlist it can be difficult to find someone that is available to take your space with short notice.

One cancellation/no show per year that occurs less than 48 hours in advance is permitted per year without charge. All other cancellations will be charged at 50% of the cost of visit for the remainder of that year.

I am an exceptionally small business that sees just one person at a time.

*Exceptions to regular policy:

- Embryo transfer days by nature need a little wiggle room and extra space.

- Going into labor

- Unsafe weather/driving conditions (I will probably cancel for you).

** Not seen as exceptions to regular policy and the perfect time to pull out your free pass:

- Car breaking down

- Unable to find childcare

- Change of plans

- + Covid test
